As of 8:00 am on March 25, 2022, 22 civilians were killed in the Russian invasion (excluding all victims in Mariupol, Volnovakha, Kyiv, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv and Sumy regions), including 2 children. Wounded 53. Several civilians were taken prisoner (information to be clarified), according to official information, about 30 civilians were abducted or taken prisoner, mostly local government officials in Russian-occupied cities and Ukrainian activists.
Children:
As of March 24, 128 children were killed and 172 were injured in Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine’s population, according to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

1. Dmytro Afanasyev, a deputy of the local council, was abducted in Kherson. His friends were also abducted. They are all in captivity. Russian military brutally tortures Dmitry and his friends. Relatives turn to the public for help, to save.
2. Igor Prusayev was taken prisoner by the Russian military in Kakhovka.

• Kherson resident Denis Khokhlyuk (born in 1990) was abducted.
• In the Kherson region, the mayor of Berislav – Alexander Shapovalov. He was abducted by the Russian military along with a local activist (name unknown).
• In the Chernihiv region by the Russian military, the village head Mykola Budalovsky, deputy and school principal Tetyana Bezlyudna.
• Mykola Sykalenko, the head of the Tsyrkunivka village council, was abducted in Kharkiv region.

• Chairman of the Melitopol District Council Serhiy Priyma;
• Head of the Ivankiv District Administration Tetiana Svyridenko;
• Secretary of the Skadovsk City Council Yuri Palyukh;
• rescuer of the State Emergency Service Oleksiy Danchenko;
• volunteer – paramedic Julia Payevska;
• In the Kherson region, the Russian military abducted the head of the village of Stara Zbur’ivka – Victor Myronyuk
• Olena Plaksina, a local council deputy, was taken prisoner in Tokmak, Zaporizhia Oblast.
• In the Zaporizhia region, the Russian military captured the head of the Priazovsky local council, Andriy Solopov, and earlier Dmytro Bodyu and Serhiy Priyma were abducted.
• Oleksandr Ponomaryov, a People’s Deputy of Ukraine from the Opposition Platform for Life party, was taken prisoner in Berdyansk (Zaporizhzhya Oblast), which is temporarily occupied by Russian troops.
Losses of civilians in different regions and cities of Ukraine:
Kyiv region: wounded 3.
Kalynivka (Brovarskyi district, Kyiv region) – 3 people were injured in the shelling, the number of dead is being clarified.
Donetsk region: 6 died, including 2 children. Wounded 11.
Mariupol – 2 people died as a result of air strikes, including 1 child. Wounded 5.
Yasna Poliana – 1 child died.
Novoselivka – 1 person died.
Nopopokrovsk – 1 person died.
New York – 1 person died.
Novomykhailivka – 2 people were injured in the shelling.
Kramatorsk – 1 person was injured.
Dolyna – 1 civilian was injured.
Krasnohorivka – 2 people were injured.
Zhytomyr region: 1 person was injured
Korosten district – one civilian was injured in the shelling.
Zaporizhzhia region: Russian military fired on a brigade that was restoring electricity, as a result of which 2 people were injured.
Luhansk region: 7 civilians were killed and 9 wounded.
Sumy region: 1 person was killed and 5 were injured.
Okhtyrka – as a result of airstrikes by Russian troops killed 1 person and wounded 5.
Kharkiv region: 8 killed and 17 wounded.
Kharkiv – As a result of the Russian rocket attack on a residential area, civilians waiting in line for humanitarian aid were killed. 6 people were killed and 15 were injured.
Kozacha Lopan (Kharkiv region) – 2 pharmacy workers died as a result of the shelling.
Dergachi (Kharkiv region) – 2 people were injured in the shelling of the hospital.
